Kastel Pattaya Hotel

Nice hotel, great staff but some misleading info on Facebook placed the hotel well away from our requirements… Hotel management totally failed to understand this till it was presented as fact

The hotel itself has potential but needs significant improvements. The room is spacious and convenient, but there are issues with the water temperature—it fluctuates between hot and cold. The pool is great, and the temperature is comfortable. However, it's located next to a busy road, so don’t expect a quiet time while relaxing there.
